A blind box is a sealed package that hides a surprise collectible inside. You won’t know which figure you’ll get until you open it—adding excitement and anticipation to every unboxing. Each box contains one random figure from a series, making collecting and trading part of the fun.
PopXBox Blind Box Rules
Each PopXBox series includes several regular figures and may feature rare or hidden editions. The probability of each design is clearly shown on the product page. When you buy a Single Box, you’ll receive one random figure from the series. A Whole Set contains all regular figures with a chance of a hidden variant replacing one. If your set includes duplicates, please contact us at support@popxbox.com — we’ll replace the missing regular figure for free.

You will receive tracking once your order ships. Delivery times may vary due to customs or local carrier delays.
Returns & Replacements
After-sales support applies only to orders placed on popxbox.com. For Blind Boxes, Plush, and Figures, contact support@popxbox.com within 5 days of receipt with your order number and photos to request assistance. We cannot accept returns for personal preference, used/damaged items, missing parts/accessories, or bulk orders of 10+ units. Minor cosmetic variations (small paint inconsistencies or tiny scratches) are normal; for serious defects or if a purchased Whole Set contains duplicates, we will replace missing base figures and arrange collection of duplicates upon verification.
