If your order was purchased through a reseller or third-party platform, please contact them for support.
For Blind Boxes, Plush Toys, and Figures, you may request after-sales support within 5 days of receiving your item by emailing support@popxbox.com with:

Clear photos of the issue
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:
Personal preferences (e.g., “I don’t like the item” or “I got a character I didn’t want”)
Opened or used products
Items damaged due to customer mishandling
Missing accessories, manuals, or packaging
Bulk orders of 10 or more units
Blind Boxes / Figures
Minor defects: Blind box collectibles combine modern production and handcrafted details. Slight paint unevenness, small scratches, or color variations are normal.
Serious defects: If your item has a major flaw, please contact us within 5 days with photos for verification.
Duplicate Characters (Whole Set Purchases)
If you purchased a Whole Set and received duplicate figures, we will provide the missing standard figures and collect the duplicates for replacement.
(Note: Some sets include extra blind boxes, which may result in duplicates. However, missing base figures will always be replaced.)
