Returns & Replacements Policy

🧾 1. Customer Service Availability

Our after-sales service applies only to orders placed directly on PopXBox.com.
If your order was purchased through a reseller or third-party platform, please contact them for support.

⏳ 2. Return & Exchange Window

For Blind Boxes, Plush Toys, and Figures, you may request after-sales support within 5 days of receiving your item by emailing support@popxbox.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

🚫 3. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:

  • Personal preferences (e.g., “I don’t like the item” or “I got a character I didn’t want”)

  • Opened or used products

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Missing accessories, manuals, or packaging

  • Bulk orders of 10 or more units

🧸 4. After-Sales Categories

Blind Boxes / Figures

  • Minor defects: Blind box collectibles combine modern production and handcrafted details. Slight paint unevenness, small scratches, or color variations are normal.

  • Serious defects: If your item has a major flaw, please contact us within 5 days with photos for verification.

Duplicate Characters (Whole Set Purchases)
If you purchased a Whole Set and received duplicate figures, we will provide the missing standard figures and collect the duplicates for replacement.
(Note: Some sets include extra blind boxes, which may result in duplicates. However, missing base figures will always be replaced.)
